Science forum for Young Female Researchers at Nagoya University

This forum has been designed to improve research power of junior female researchers at Nagoya University as well as encourage high school girls to study natural sciences.
Poster presenters will find this forum as a good opportunity to improve their science communication skills since audiences will come from various backgrounds in natural sciences and high school girls. Posters presented at academic conferences may be used, but please prepare explanations for general audiences.
Excellent posters will be awarded based on audience votes (award certificate and prize).

Pre-registration for Poster Presentations

If you are interested in presenting your poster, please send an e-mail by Friday, July 6, 2018 to:
kyodo-sankaku@adm.nagoya-u.ac.jp
In your e-mail, please indicate your name, affiliation, job title/student year level and poster title.

※ Presenters will be required to submit one-page poster abstracts (A4-size) beforehand (Submission Deadline: Tuesday, July 17, 2018) and informed of the format by return e-mail.
※ Please print out and bring your own poster. A recommended poster size is A0.

Pre-registration

To participate in Science Forum, pre-registration is required via e-mail to:

A title of your e-mail should be "Pre-registration of Science Forum" and please include your name, affiliation, job title/student year level, in your e-mail.
