　The Women's Doctoral Fellowship Program at the Graduate School of Engineering of Nagoya University provides financial support to female doctoral students enrolled in the Graduate School of Engineering so that they can concentrate on their research activities. The purpose of this program is to create an environment where female graduate students can feel comfortable discussing their future careers, work-life balance, and other topics through interaction with other female graduate students, female engineering faculty members who serve as role models, and opportunities to participate in seminars and other events.
